Where is the factory, and how do orders reach you?
Gemilang Apparel’s factory is in Kajang, Selangor, and finished orders leave it in one of two ways: by courier, across Peninsular Malaysia and over to Sabah and Sarawak in East Malaysia, or collected by you from the factory.
To collect an order, message us first: we share the location and arrange the pickup with you on WhatsApp. For courier time and cost, send us your town, your quantity and the date you need the order by.

What should your first message include?
A good first message to Gemilang Apparel names six things: your school’s name and town, the garments you want, your logo and colours, a rough quantity, the date you need the order by, and whether the order is couriered or collected.
The logo, the colours, the rough quantity and the date are the four that start any order; the other two save a round of questions. Nothing has to be final: send what you have, and we start from there with a free digital mockup.
